Job Description:-
Our Software Methodology department is constantly enhancing our highly automated Configuration Management and Software Integration process.
We are offering the following job opportunity:
Enhance an automated test framework for mobile phone SW development departments.
The candidate is responsible for enhancing and maintaining an automated test framework and build system framework for mobile phone Software development departments
which is being used by our worldwide distributed developer community and is providing continuous integration on actual development hardware.
You will be responsible for verifying SW releases on platform and customer based wireless solutions by participating in the platform
development life cycle, ensuring delivery of high quality platform solutions to customers.
This includes:- 

• Install and setup Hardware, Computers and Software for new test stations
• Initial bring-up of new platforms into the test system
• Creation and follow up of trouble tickets during verification process
• Design, implement and test extension to an existing test framework
• Implement and debug testcases executed on target hardware
• Working in lab environment with system, software and verification cross-functional team
• Store and visualize results in a database linked reporting framework

Qualifications:- 

Required Knowledge

• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Associates or Bachelor�s degree in engineering or coursework toward same
• Expert in Perl/python
• Java/JSP, MySQL, Good general programming skills
• GSM/3G network related debugging, AT commands
• Version control system like Clearcase, SVN
• Team player, independent, self-starter
• Fluent English

Desired additional Knowledge

• C++, familiarity with Microsoft Office and spreadsheet applicationsDesired knowledge:
• * Versioning systems like ClearCase, SVN, git or perforce
• * Interest in performance analysis, optimization, distributed systems
• * Experience with Web development.
