Responsibilities:-
In this role, the candidate will participate in the physical design implementation (RTL2GDSII) of large ASIC/ASSP designs and test chips in 40 nm, 28nm technologies and ensure LSI's rigorous criteria for achieving right-first time silicon.

Position involves floorplanning/partitioning, physical design implementation, timing closure, power optimization, STA, Signal Integrity analysis, power analysis and DRC/LVS.

Requirements/Qualifications (Education):

  • B.S in EE or ECE or Computer Engineering.
  • 5+ years of relevent experience in
  • ASIC/ASSP physical design implementation. Proven record of atleast 3 to 5 design tapouts in 65 nm/40 nm technologies. Hands-on experience in floorplanning/physcial design implementation and STA, using synopsys tools (ICC, PT-SI) is a must. Experience in low power design and signal integrity is a big plus. Candidate should also possess excellent
