Finance - Project Oracle Financials roll out - Contract Position
Minimum Educational Requirements:
* Undergraduate degree in a business or information system field
* Chartered Accountant or Masters degree desired
Job Responsibilities:
This individual will be responsible for leading project implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite for India Finance. This role will be the SPOC for finance and liaise with Oracle MIS team to frame requirements, provide intelligence on interlinking overall processes and test Oracle modules rollout. Project Management tasks, including:
* Consult with teams and lead workshops to define business requirements
* Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and team requirements and recommend solution
* Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Financials
* Ability to communicate and facilitate the Oracle support activities
Qualifications
Required Skills:
* 3-5 years of experience delivering information technology project management services
* 3-5 years of experience with design, implementation and/or rollout of Oracle Application solutions
* Deep knowledge in Oracle Reporting
* Business Process knowledge
* Completed multiple Oracle implementations (preference technology companies)
* Ability to identify requirements and develop design documents
* Ability to develop scripts to pull reports
* Ability to work with the User Community to conduct UAT
* R12 experience or training required
* Proven ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
* Excellent leadership, written communication, oral communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven track record of leading teams to success (on time, on budget and with desired results)
Desired Skills:
* Big-4 experience desired
* Experience in several full life cycle Oracle ERP implementations and have an understanding of all aspects of an implementation including, but not limited to, planning, analysis and design, configuration, development, interfaces, conversions and reconciliations, system testing, cutover and business side production support
