Management Trainee
Qualification:- A Bachelors Degree in Science/ Commerce/ Arts/Law/Engineering/Information Technology/ Management from recognized University/ Institution of repute, preferably with an MBA/PGD in Marketing/International Trade/Materials/HR/Logistics. Applicants must have at least 60% marks throughout their academic career. However, candidate having min 55% marks in Honors/Masters/ Engg. Degree with 60% marks in all other pre-degree examinations will also be eligible. Relaxation of 5% in marks will be given to PWD candidates.
Experience : Fresher whose results are awaited need not apply.
Age: 28 years as on 31.12.2011. Relaxable for PWD candidates by 10 yrs.
Scale Of Pay: E-0: 12,600-3%-32,500 (Min. gross pay `28,000/- per month)
Bond: Selected candidates in the post of Management Trainee will be required to execute a Bond for Rs.50,000/- in favour of MSTC Ltd. to serve the Company for a period of at least 5 years.
Slection Porcess: Selection will be based on Written Test, Group Task/Discussion and Interview.
Application Fee: Persons applying for the post of Management Trainee must enclose a Demand Draft of Rs.300/- drawn in favor of MSTC Ltd, payable at Kolkata. SC/ST & PWD candidates need not send any Demand Draft. No other mode of remittance will be accepted.
