In addition, the candidate should be an eminent person and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and/or research policy papers in the field.
Experience : 10 years’ experience in teaching/industry/research out of which 5 years must be at the level of Reader or equivalent post or above.
Desirable: Administrative experience in a responsible position. Persons with administrative experience will be preferred.

Desirable : M.D. in Community Health/SPM (Social & Preventive medicine)/PSM (Preventive & Social Medicine)/CHA (Community Health Administration) (in first attempt) with 10 publications in indexed journals, should have supervised atleast 2 Ph.D students with one as main guide.
