Senior Research Fellow (SRF):-
MoFPI funded project entiled:- “Development of enzyme based extraction process for improving quality and recovery of starch from different varieties of Colocasia esculenta (Arbi) of Assam for food use”.
Qualification:- M. Sc. in Chemistry/ Food processing Technology/ Botany/ Agriculture/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Life Sciences or related fields.
Duration:- 02 Years or till completion of the project whichever is earlier.
Fellowship:- Rs. 12,000/- per month
