• Eligibility - B.Tech, BE or Equivalent in Civil Engineering with atleast 60% (Assistant Engineer) and 3 years diploma with First Class in Civil Engineering (For Junior Engineer). Knowledge Malayalam  is Compulsory ( spoken and written).
• Age Limit:- As on 1-1-2012 the age should be within 28 yrs to 40 yrs.
