• Qualifications : Possessing Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Institute / University, selected through UPSC and holding analogous or higher post and pay scale OR Executive Engineer (Civil) who were selected through UPSC and have minimum experience of 5 years OR holding post equivalent to Executive Engineer (Civil) in any Govt or Autonomous Organisation of Govt of India/reputed private organisation/public undertaking , with minimum experience of 7 years.
• Desirable : Masters in Civil / Structural Engineering / Construction Engineering &Management or equivalent. Experience of coordinating with multidisciplinary design consultants and heading project teams on large projects costing above 100 Crores.
• Pay Scale : Rs.37400-Rs.67000/- + Grade Pay Rs.8700/-
• Age Limit : 55 Years.

Assistant Register :

• Qualifications : Master Degree in Commerce/ MBA (Finance), OR, Master degree with CA (Inter), OR Bachelor degree with ICWA with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade.At least 3 years of experience in Financial/ Budgetary/ Commercial Accounting in Government Dept. / Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous Bodies/ Academic Institution etc.
• Pay Scale: Rs.15600-Rs.39100/- + Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
• Age Limit : 35 years.
